We're looking for a friendly and proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our fun and casual team at 49th Freight! As part of our Freight Brokerage, you'll play a crucial role in connecting clients with reliable carriers, ensuring smooth and efficient transportation of goods.

Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential and existing customers to discuss their shipping needs.
Provide quotes and negotiate rates with carriers to secure the best deals for our clients.
Handle documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
Track shipments and keep clients informed about their cargo's status.
Generate new business by soliciting referrals and reaching out to past customers.
Maintain accurate records and update our software system with shipment details.
Coordinate logistics and transportation details with carriers and clients.
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
