Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscaping Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales for our landscaping services, cultivating relationships with new and existing clients, and helping us expand our business in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for landscaping services through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients to secure repeat business.
Present and promote landscaping services to potential customers, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Prepare accurate and competitive sales quotes for clients.
Close sales and meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
Track and report sales activities and customer feedback.
Achieve sales targets and regularly report progress to senior management using goal tracking systems
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of services.
Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to clients.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the landscaping or service industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
