Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic, people-oriented Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for the law, and a commitment to helping our clients run their law practice. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with attorneys and clients, managing case files and supporting a variety of legal practices.

Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and discovery materials.
Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and trial binders.
Coordinate with external parties, including court personnel and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or an associate degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
Ability to work on multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
