Key Responsibilities

· Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow

· Manage client communications and maintain strong relationships

· Assist in financial processes, including invoicing

· Coordinate with various departments to improve operational efficiency

· Implement and maintain office systems and procedures

· Support the General Manager in strategic initiatives and projects

Qualifications & Skills

· Experience in Sales & Office Management or similar administrative role

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks

· Strong and thorough understanding of accounting and financial processes

· Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

· Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

· Comfortable with a hands-on approach

· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
