We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead luxury home construction projects in Austin, TX. As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage high-end residential builds and collaborate closely with our in-house teams to ensure the success of these one-of-a-kind projects. We are looking for a motivated leader with technical expertise, a passion for construction, and a commitment to maintaining quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction, from pre-construction planning through completion and post-occupancy review.
Ensure timely and effective management of project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and documentation.
Supervise and coordinate on-site personnel, subcontractors, and inspectors.
Maintain close communication with clients, design partners, and internal teams, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed.
Prepare and manage construction estimates, schedules, and financial reports.
Conduct value engineering and cost analysis, recommending improvements where possible.
Handle project documentation, including submittals, shop drawings, job logs, safety documentation, and permits.
Ensure a smooth project closeout, including warranties, materials, and post-construction reviews.
Participate in company initiatives, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to organizational growth.

Qualifications:

7-10 years of experience in residential construction management, with at least 5 years managing high-end projects exceeding $5 million in value.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or a Master tradesman.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience building and managing teams.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
Proficiency in construction software (Microsoft Project, BlueBeam, Adobe Acrobat).
Experience managing subcontractors, budgets, and contracts.
