Sales Representative - Ascent Specialized

The Ideal Candidate:

What You’ll Do:

Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls.
Fire up warm leads provided by marketing and management.
Research potential clients and gather key lead information.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and RFQs.
Understand client businesses, identify challenges, and provide solutions.
Maintain CRM data on leads, prospects, and opportunities.

What We’ll Do for You:

Qualifications:

Knowledge of U.S. geography and basic map-reading skills (required).
Understanding of the trucking industry.
At least 2 years of transportation sales experience.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting base salary of $40,000, plus NO CAP on your 10% commission.

Annual company trip for employees and a guest if the yearly goal is met.
