Position: Paralegal - Estate Planning Department - $15,000 signing bonus

Job Description:

Our law firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client-Facing Paralegal to lead our Estate Planning Department. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with an experienced attorney, and support up and coming attorneys, in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary client contact, delivering excellent service and managing challenging conversations such as scheduling conflicts.
Manage and maintain attorney calendars, coordinate meetings, and track case deadlines.
Coordinate projects across departments to ensure smooth and timely execution.
Organize and maintain case files for estate planning matters.
Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions.
Proactively solve problems and provide organizational support in a fast-paced environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in estate planning, family law, personal injury, or related fields.
Management and team leadership experience is essential.
Strong calendaring and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and a comfort level with client interaction, including delivering difficult messages.
Ability to bring organization to workflows and make independent decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Technology is a must.
Looking for someone with long-term commitment to grow within the firm.

Benefits:

Competitive salary ranging between $65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience.

Compensation totaling between $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year including salary plus listed benefits.
