As an Insurance Agent specializing in Health Insurance and Affordable Care Act (ACA) policies, you'll play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sell health insurance policies to individuals

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships

- Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance coverage

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns

- Process policy changes, claims, and payments efficiently

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

- Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed sales targets

Qualifications:

- Must have a 240 or 215 license

- Experience in a call center environment

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to market insurance products effectively

- Retail sales experience is a plus

Requirements:

- Accident & Health Insurance License (Required)

- Life & Health Insurance License (Required)

- Ability to relocate to Doral, FL 33122 for the initial training period

- Release from carriers (if applicable)
