Britton Industries, the tri-state area’s leading manufacturer of 100% recycled premium mulches, soils, and compost, offers an opportunity for a talented full-time Administrative Assistant to join our expanding organization.

Responsibilities:

Answer headquarters phone and email
Perform customer service duties including inquiry responses to clients and prospects
Process orders including collaboration with sales and dispatch teams regarding order details, schedules, and order changes
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Associates degree prefered
3-5 years of proven experience in administrative support including customer service
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel.
Experience with Adobe software, SMS, and Salesforce preferred. Training provided.
Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail
