Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Arizona family law, excellent communication and advocacy skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various family law matters, including Dissolution, Establishment, Modification, Enforcement, Third-Party Rights, and Orders of Protection.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court hearings and trials.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates on case progress.
Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona.
2+ years of experience practicing family law in Arizona.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to client service.
