Under the direction of an experienced sales professional, you will travel to designated territories going door-to-door with the goal of setting initial appointments to help convert prospects into customers. As a member of a sales team, you will work collaboratively with the team to achieve collective sales goals with the potential to earn bonuses in addition to earning $15 an hour. Bonuses of $40 earned for every appointment set over the established minimum sales target. Outstanding professional development opportunities for entry-level applicants who will have the tools and mentorship to succeed.

Responsibilities

Canvassing door-to-door to set leads (appointments)
Effectively deliver in-person sales pitch (script provided) in compliance with established company procedures and standards
Document all sales activity in database with a high degree of accuracy and correctness
Attend department meetings, keep current on sales information, products, and industry trends
Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
Meet or exceed weekly sales targets

Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short sales cycle
Reliable transportation to and from office is essential
Ability to present sales pitch in a professional manner
Punctuality is a must
Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
Highly motivated and ability to be persistent
Positive attitude within a high-energy environment
Good communication skills
Customer service oriented
Team player (member of a front-line sales team)
Familiarity with tablets, Apple iPads (iPadOS)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
