We are looking for a friendly and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phones and manage emails.
Schedule meetings and appointments.
Order and manage office supplies.
Prepare documents and reports.
Assist with data entry and filing.
Support team members with various tasks.

Qualifications:

Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
Previous administrative experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
