Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented and motivated Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our

growing team. You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs and help clients navigate their personal

injury cases.

Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation, including case preparation, discovery, and trial support.

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

• Manage case files, ensuring all documents are organized and accessible.

• Conduct legal research and gather relevant evidence to support cases.

• Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel to coordinate case activities.

• Prepare trial exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.

• Maintain and update case management software with accurate information and deadlines.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.

• Assist with the preparation of settlement proposals and negotiation strategies.

Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or in a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on Personal Injury Litigation.

• Proficient in legal research and writing skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

• Strong knowledge of personal injury laws and litigation processes.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Preferences:

• Paralegal certification (e.g., from NALA or NFPA).

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Bi-lingual in Spanish.
