Complete Estate & Probate Law, LLC: Rapidly growing Estate Law Firm that provides innovative and tailored services with compassion and integrity in the areas of Inheritance Litigation, Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law, and Trust Administration. We are seeking a Trust and Estate Administration Paralegal to expand our team to assist our attorneys. Skills required:

- Manage assignments and deadlines

- Communicating with and assisting clients in gathering data and necessary documents

- Organizing and synthesizing data and documents

- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Understanding of cloud-based file storage is a plus

- Proficient with management software, time/billing software, Clio experience is a plus.

- Experience e-filing in Kansas and Missouri

- File organization both paper and electronic

- Preparing basic pleadings

- Responsible for case management and case file maintenance

- Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow

- Working with and creating templates

Other tasks as as needed

Schedule- 40 hours per week. 8-5 Monday- Friday

Pay: Commensurate with experience plus possible bonus based on merit and firm goals.
