We are seeking a Real Estate Asset Manager Consultant located in Atlanta, Georgia to provide approximately 50 hours of monthly consultation to provide leasing, operation, financial and development assistance at our multi-family property.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with property management companies and/or joint-venture partners to drive operating performance and property valuation.
Help ensure that performance and investment objectives of assets are met.
Identify operational problems that could impact investment valuation and recommend corrective measures to senior management and operating partners.
Compose, review and monitor monthly, quarterly and annual property operating and capital budgets.
Monitor, evaluate, and approve the release of funds for capital improvements and on-going property maintenance capital needs.
Review and analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements for each property.
Oversee leasing efforts at the property to ensure goals are being met by Property Management company
Assist in development planning tasks with the City of Atlanta or other jurisdictions.

Desired Skills and Experience

5+ years of experience in multifamily Asset Management.
5+ years of P&L and Balance Sheet Management Experience
Experience overseeing and implementing value-add business plans for multifamily assets, including renovation programs.
Prior on-site property management experience
Ability to effectively communicate with executives, members of senior management, and operating partners.
Ability to influence others and win support on critical issues.
Ability to assist in permitting and site planning tasks
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet tight timelines.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
Willingness to travel to property in Atlanta Georgia
