Recruiter (Bilingual)

As a Recruiter for Core Personnel Staffing, you will be responsible for hiring and sourcing candidates for all our open positions. Assisting on job fairs, hiring events, and check-in’s for our clients.

Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Tasks

Hire for open positions.
Data Entry.
Meet with clients.
Promote new jobs.
Create new recruiting strategies.
Source and determine qualified candidates.
Assist on doing check-in’s when taking in new associates to our clients.
Occasionally do check-in’s one time during the weekends.
Occasionally attend job fairs to local hiring events and colleges.

People Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with candidates, coworkers and clients.
Recruiting Experience: Previous experience in recruiting
