Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases involving commercial vehicles or trucking, as well as other cases involving catastrophic injuries or death.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop effective case strategies
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations and court hearings
Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive case management
Mentor and manage litigation support team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with complete management of personal injury cases, with a focus on commercial vehicles or cases involving catastrophic injury or death.
Must have strong record of successful case outcomes, inclusive of trial experience.
