As a front-end developer, you'll be responsible for creating components, organizing code, and developing the front end for our various websites and apps. We primarily use the Next.js framework with Tailwind CSS styles and are looking for someone who can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, designers, and product managers to implement user-friendly web applications.
Develop and maintain responsive, performant front-end code using React/JavaScript.
Create reusable components and implement efficient state management solutions.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
Implement and maintain coding standards and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to our development processes.
Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends.

Skills:

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and HTML.
Experience with React frameworks is required.
Familiarity with state management solutions (e.g., Redux, MobX, or React Context).
Knowledge of modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
Experience with git.
Extensive understanding of APIs and how to integrate them.
Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less) and CSS-in-JS solutions.
Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
Familiarity with UI/UX design tools like Figma is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
