Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Tax Planning Associate at Ellenbecker Investment Group in Pewaukee, WI. As a Tax Planning Associate, you will be responsible for providing support to the Tax and Wealth Advisor teams to deliver extraordinary service to our clients. This position works directly with emerging clients, identified financial planning clients, and will analyze and prepare annual tax returns. This role will partner with the Tax and Wealth Advisor teams to prepare for client tax review meetings including data gathering, report generation and follow up. This individual will meet with clients, review tax information, and minimize tax liabilities by implementing tax reduction strategies.

Qualifications

Experience in tax planning and preparation with a strong understanding of tax laws
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Solution focused and highly analytical
Ability to organize and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
