Job Description – Inside Sales Engineer

Engineered Systems & Products Inc. is currently searching for an inside sales person for our Richmond, Virginia office. Our firm represents industrial leaders in fluid handing pumps & dry process equipment and is looking to expand our already successes team of sales associates.

Position Responsibilities

Support the outside sales people

Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes and take customer orders

Order and source products

Negotiate sale and purchase prices

Proactively generate sales and promote company products

Assist with pulling inventory and preparing shipments

Interact with customers and suppliers to obtain and fill orders correctly

Troubleshoot customer concerns.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager

Assist with equipment drawings, AutoCAD experience a plus

Requirements

Superb organizational and time management skills

Prompt and regular attendance with ability to work 40-50 hours a week

Good customer service and communication skills

Bachelor’s degree preferred

AutoCAD is a plus

Valid driver’s license

Engineered Systems & Products (ESP)
