Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Virtual Team Sales Manager at Ensurity Group Inc. The Virtual Team Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a remote sales team, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and monitoring team performance. The role will also involve training team members, analyzing sales data, and fostering client relationships to drive sales growth.
Qualifications

Bisaya or Tagalog Language Required
Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Sales Strategy Development skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in analyzing sales data and performance metrics
Customer Relationship Management skills
Ability to drive sales growth and meet targets
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Knowledge of Medicare and Life Insurance preferred
knowledge of Accounting principles or tax preparation preferred
