What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our hardworking team in Austin, TX! This position will be an in office position with opportunity to transition to hybrid in the future. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, and delivering customized solutions to achieve your sales goals.

A proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships is essential. In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and uphold our commitment to superior service. Responsibilities:

Have strong organizational and pipeline management skills to update CRM (Salesforce) regularly
Be data driven in your approach to selling in order to quantify value to our customers
Our customer is busy and on to go so you must be comfortable and having experience selling into a busy market
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through daily cold calling (50+/ day) email cadences, networking events and outreach efforts.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
Conduct sales presentations via web conference and in person
Track and analyze sales data to provide insights into performance and areas for improvement
Prepare and deliver sales reports and weekly forecasts to management on a timely basis
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s
Manage the sales cycle from prospect to close with support from Marketing
Occasional travel to industry events, trade shows and onsite prospect meetings

Requirements:

3+ years of proven experience in a sales or role preferably in a B2B environment
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence potential clients
Ability to collaborate within the sales team and cross-functionally with other teams
Demonstrated ability to be a problem solver, manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
A results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales goals
Experience managing full-cycle sales from prospect to close
