The Adolescent Therapist Role at Guidelight Health

Guidelight Health is looking for dedicated Adolescent Therapist to provide PHP/IOP services to adolescents. We are excited to find innovative mental health professionals to enrich our programs and deliver top-notch care to our clients.

Therapist will provide direct care to clients admitted to Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) level of care; conducting initial evaluations, group therapy, individual therapy, case management, and crisis management to clients. Collaborates within a interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment within the scope of the therapist's training, experience, and competency.

Qualities of a Guidelight Health Adolescent Therapist

Clinical experience working with Adolescents
Understanding of a variety of modalities including DBT, CBT, ACT, MI
Confident in Group Therapy
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
Flexibly and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of clients in a fast pace environment
Demonstrates understanding and appreciation of cultural inclusivity and diversity

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work or related program from an accredited college or university. License-Eligible program.
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) preferred.
2 years of clinical experience in higher level of care; including IOP/PHP, inpatient, residential emergency room experience preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn department and job-specific software systems
