We are in search of an attorney with 3-5 years of trial experience to join our growing firm, located in the vibrant and dynamic Midtown Atlanta area. Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting legal documents and overseeing discovery.
Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive reports.
Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials.
Provide clients with strategic advice and updates on their cases.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and implement case strategies.
Maintain well-organized and up-to-date case files.

Qualifications:

JD degree from an accredited law school (law review preferred but not required).
Admission to the Georgia Bar.
3-5 years of litigation experience in state and/or federal court.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple cases and tasks efficiently.
