Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Design and implement comprehensive financial strategies that support organizational goals, balancing profitability with sustainable growth.

Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to provide insights that drive executive decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring stability in an ever-changing market.

Capital Allocation: Lead capital planning efforts, evaluating investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic ventures.

Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Your Background:

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record of strategic impact.
CPA or MBA preferred; deep expertise in financial analysis, GAAP compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
Experience in technology-based industries is a plus.
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategies.
