Your Daily Adventure:

Organizational Pro: Maintain our R&D kitchen's pristine condition while juggling multiple creative projects.
Taste Maker: Conduct weekly tastings, contributing to diverse projects in various venue types.
Creative Collaboration: Join forces with our styling team, enhancing our signature drink and food photography with your meticulous preparation.
Travel & Teach: Embark on U.S.-wide travels for cocktail demos and training programs, showcasing our innovative R&D.
Team Anchor: Play a critical role, reporting directly to the owner, VP and beverage department head in a challenging yet exhilarating environment.
Location Flexibility: Based in Louisville, KY, test kitchen with a willingness to relocate the ideal candidate.

Technique Savvy: Mastery of modern cuisine and bar techniques (e.g., sous-vide, rotovaps).
Analytical Thinker: Excellent research and analytical skills.
