Physical Therapist Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries by developing personalized treatment plans and providing hands-on therapy. Duties: - Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition and needs. - Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique goals. - Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities. - Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Experience: - Previous experience in or settings is preferred. - Strong and understanding of musculoskeletal conditions. - Experience working in or settings is a plus. - Familiarity with and rehabilitation services is advantageous. - Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field; Master's degree is preferred. - Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist. - CPR certification. - Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
