Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hickory, NC. We are looking for a Headquarters | Executive Assistant who will provide support to our headquarters staff. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and clerical duties including managing travel arrangements for executives, scheduling meetings, managing emails, coordinating events, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate must have strong organization and time management skills, attention to detail, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Associate, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or relevant field
0-3+ years of experience in an administrative assistant or executive assistant role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with event coordination and planning
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to change
