Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced trial lawyer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fighting for justice and seeking to help those in need, have a proven track record of successful trial outcomes, and be driven by a commitment to serving our clients with the highest degree of professionalism and skill.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in civil litigation, specializing in personal injury, wrongful death, car/truck collisions, product liability, and premises liability cases.
Handle all phases of litigation, from case initiation, discovery, pre-trial preparation, trial, and post-trial processes.
Conduct thorough legal research and case evaluations.
Prepare and present cases in court, including developing case strategies, arguments, and examining witnesses.
Handle a case to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
Collaborate with a dedicated team of legal professionals to ensure each case is handled efficiently and effectively.
Maintain communication with clients, providing clear guidance and support throughout the legal process.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
A minimum of 5 years of trial experience, with a focus on personal injury and related cases.
Admission to the Nebraska State Bar. We also practice in Iowa and licensure there would be beneficial but is not required.
Proven success in trial litigation with a track record of favorable verdicts and settlements.
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle high-stakes cases with confidence.
Commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
