Job Overview:
We are seeking a part time Massage Therapist to join our team. Current Idaho state Licensure is required. A best fist person is one who works well with a team, communicating patient wants and needs as well as care for each team member. We like to have fun, and be a little weird. But we also prioritize best practices, constant learning and a good work ethic. There will be opportunities to grow and increase weekly hours.
Duties:
- Perform massage therapy techniques to address clients' specific needs
- Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate massage methods
- Provide exceptional patient service and care
- Utilize knowledge of trigger point therapy for pain management
- Collaborate with therapy professionals regarding known patient needs and precautions.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress
Requirements:
- Certification or licensure as a Massage Therapist
- Proficiency in anatomy and physiology knowledge
- Experience in med spa or occupational health settings preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology for effective communication with healthcare providers
- Ability to assess patients' conditions and customize treatment plans accordingly
- Excellent patient service skills - including communication and problem solving - to ensure a positive experience for clients

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $29.28 - $31.82 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
