Job Description:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in managing operational tasks and supporting our Executive Team and staff. This in-office position requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Call insurance carriers to handle tasks such as resolving client issues and obtaining required documentation.
Support the team with audits and ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
Order and manage ID cards for employees and clients.
Assist with preparing and organizing proposals for meetings.
Perform general office tasks, including opening and sorting mail.
Pull invoices and renewals for Account Managers and Executives.
Conduct billing discrepancy audits and resolve issues.
Help with CRM-related tasks, including updating client records and commissions.
Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions promptly.
Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., creating spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis).
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues independently.
Experience in calling insurance carriers or working within the insurance industry is preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Previous administrative experience is preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
