The region’s leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health, is seeking an *IS Networking Manager *to join our Information Systems team. In this position, you will oversee the robust infrastructure supporting our four-hospital system. *This is a hybrid position, requiring some work at our Bridgeton, NJ location.*
*Responsibilities:*
* Lead and manage a diverse team of engineers responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining secure networks across Inspira Health
* Provide engineer-level architectural and design input to set the strategic direction for the development of data networks and supporting infrastructure environment
* Make recommendations to the Director of Infrastructure for enhancing network infrastructure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
* Proactively manage LAN, WAN, WiFi and mobile networks in all office and Point of Service locations, ensuring optimal performance, security and contingency
* Oversee the management and enhancement of Alcatel Lucent, CISCO, Palo Alto Firewalls, core infrastructure, Aruba Wireless Infrastructure, access points, Fortinet SDwan and routing technologies
* Troubleshoot malfunctions of network hardware and/or software applications
* Develop, deploy, maintain and manage Data Network Infrastructure, including capacity management, NOC operational monitoring and off-hours support
*Qualifications: *
* Bachelor’s degree in related field
* Cisco Certified Network Professional required
* 5+ years of experience in network security, architecture and engineering; vendor management; technology integration; and leading a team of at least five full-time employees
* Demonstrated experience in managing the implementation of large-scale network infrastructure based projects
* Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams of network engineers, with a track record of success in driving projects to completion and achieving organizational goals
* Strong communication, leadership and collaboration skills
