Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated licensed Wealth Management Planner to join our team. This role involves following our process for acquiring new clients and working closely with them to develop customized financial plans, investment strategies, and wealth preservation solutions. The ideal candidate will understand what it takes to scale and grow the business and have a strong work ethic to obtain personal and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts.

Comprehensive Financial Planning: Develop tailored financial plans that align with clients' goals, risk tolerance, and time horizons. Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.

Cross-selling services: Introduce clients to additional services, such as estate planning and tax strategies, to enhance their financial well-being and deepen the advisory relationship.

Staying Informed & Educated: Keep abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and wealth management planning strategies to provide informed advice and identify opportunities for clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

· CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or similar certification preferred.

· Strong knowledge of investment products, tax strategies, and retirement planning.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients.

· Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency in financial planning software (eMoney, Holistiplan, Income Lab, FMG) and CRM systems (Redtail).
