Job Summary:

As a Medical Strategy Director, you will be the scientific and clinical expert for your assigned businesses, providing strategic guidance to internal teams and clients. You will leverage science for brand differentiation and communications, collaborate with writers to ensure scientific relevance, and develop strategies to make brands stand out from a medical perspective.

Essential Functions:

Lead medically related client interactions across multiple accounts.
Participate in new business pitch teams as needed.
Oversee, train, and develop direct reports.

Responsibilities:

Deep understanding of multiple products and disease states.
Review content developed by copywriters, medical writers, and Associate Medical Directors (AMDs).
Identify medical opportunities for strategic and tactical development.
Present in various settings: internal meetings, client meetings, and pitch presentations.
Clearly communicate medical concepts in a concise, audience-appropriate manner.
Manage workflow and ensure team deadlines are met.
Supervise and mentor AMDs/MDs/MWs, providing ongoing feedback and training.
