As a Farmers Insurance Customer Service Representative at Jerry Scott Insurance Agency, you'll help individuals, families, and businesses select insurance policies that meet their needs.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Your primary responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Navigating the confusing world of insurance for our clients and giving them peace of mind.
Advising on policy selection, and helping clients determine the best insurance coverage for their unique needs.
Building and maintaining client relationships, providing unparalleled service and continually cultivating growth opportunities.
Meeting and exceeding sales goals driven by achieving monthly quotas.

Qualifications & Skills:

Prior experience in insurance or sales roles is beneficial but not mandatory. We provide comprehensive training for all our recruits.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to build relationships and foster a client-focused environment
High degree of self-motivation and ambition
Ability to present sales presentation to potential clients

Experience:

We're seeking individuals with previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields. No insurance experience? No problem. We believe in building up our team members with training and support.

Requirements:

Have reliable transportation for client meetings and in-field work.
Be 18 years or older and eligible to work.
Pass a background check as part of the recruitment process.
Ability to navigate the basic computer skills; Microsoft suits (excel, words etc.)
Obtain and maintain Health & Life and Property & Causality insurance License
