Base Salary: $150,000–$180,000

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have a strong background in family law litigation.
Possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in drafting and reviewing legal documents relevant to family law.
Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide sound counsel to clients navigating complex family law matters.
Advocate effectively in court, demonstrating professionalism, confidence, and strong communication skills.
Develop and implement effective case strategies to drive cases toward favorable resolutions.
Manage billable hours while overseeing all aspects of case management.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in California, with a focus on family law.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law litigation.
Bilingual in English and an additional language (strongly preferred).
Substantial courtroom experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Must be available to work in-office.

Compensation Package:

Base salary range of $120,000–$150,000, commensurate with experience.
Generous performance-based bonus linked to billable hours.
