Title: Litigation Associate Attorney: Full Time, In-Office

Location: Warren, NJ

Compensation: $100K-150K, based on experience and performance

Drafting pleadings, briefs and motions
Performing and attending depositions
Preparing, producing and reviewing discovery demands
Preparing and delivering oral argument
Develop case strategy
Attending trial, hearings, arbitration and mediation
Client Communication

Requirements

JD Degree and admitted in NJ
Civil Clerkship
4+ years of litigation experience
An Ability and experience independently managing a civil litigation matter from consultation to resolution
Excellent client communication skills with a strong sense of empathy for client situations
Ability to manage client expectations
A positive attitude and independence to manage their own day
