Focused commercial real estate practice seeking a Paralegal to join the Burlington Office of a prestigious law firm. Candidate should have solid experience in all aspects of real estate title searching, title insurance commitment and policy preparation and closings. We provide our clients customized, thorough and detailed support for their real estate transactions. This role is highly independent and involves in-state travel for title purposes. 2+ years of title search experience requested.

Responsibilities

Search title and prepare title reports, title insurance commitments and policies
Assist with the drafting and reviewing of real estate documents
Prepare closing statements and assist with closing process
Record and store client information
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience as a Real Estate paralegal or other title searching experience (minimum of two years)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Ability to work concurrently on a variety of projects and work effectively under pressure
Ability to research, synthesize, and communicate large amounts of complex data
A high degree of organization and follow through on tasks
Excellent writing and communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Flexibility to travel within the state required
