Probate Legal Assistant/Paralegal

Location: Portland, OR

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

Draft and file probate, trust, and estate documents.
Manage deadlines and track case progress.
Organize files in iManage and track billable time.
Collaborate with attorneys to deliver exceptional client service.

What You Bring

3+ years of probate experience as a legal assistant or paralegal; paralegal degree or certificate preferred but not required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Oregon e-filing systems.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
