Title: Sr. Survey Technician

Division: Surveying

Compensation Range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, with potential overtime and bonus opportunities based on performance.

General Responsibilities:

Prepare and verify construction calculations based on detailed construction documents to unsure precise and accurate field construction layout.
Produce field packets in an orderly and concise manor for party chiefs to utilize on construction sites.
Process and review as-staked field data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare as-built drawings utilizing field collected data to be submitted for review by engineer of record.

Required Experience:

3+ years of survey experience specifically on multi-family and single-family construction projects.
Autodesk Civil 3D experience is required including creating alignments, profiles, pipe networks and road corridors for construction layout.
Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
Strong communication skills both oral and written
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and build strong relationships with internal and external clients
