Role Description

This is a part-time role (grow to full time) for a Medical Assistant at Lucid Therapeutics. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for providing patient care, maintaining medical records, monitoring vitals, assisting with medical office tasks, and utilizing medical terminology in daily tasks.

We are seeking someone who shares our enthusiasm for psychedelic-assisted therapy and behavioral health, particularly in the realm of ketamine treatments. In this role, you will work closely with our clients throughout the in person treatments of their ketamine therapy journey.

Qualifications

Medical Assisting and Patient Care skills
Knowledge of Medical Terminology
Experience in Medical Office procedures
Proficiency in managing Medical Records
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
Prior experience as a Medical Assistant, or in a similar role within a healthcare setting.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems (we use Osmind).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
