This is a temporary position that requires a highly efficient, detail-oriented, and technologically savvy professional. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-level support to executive leadership and managing a variety of essential tasks. They will handle executive schedules, coordinate board meetings, and oversee projects. Additionally, the candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage complex executive schedules, prioritizing time-sensitive engagements and ensuring seamless organization of meetings and board activities.
Lead and oversee key projects, monitoring progress, collaborating with team members, and ensuring that all project milestones and deadlines are met.
Foster a collaborative work environment by supporting cross-functional initiatives, coordinating team activities, and promoting effective communication.
Prepare detailed reports, executive summaries, and presentations to support informed decision-making by the executive team.
Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications.
Maintain organized systems for documents, reports, and digital files to facilitate quick access and streamlined workflows.
Utilize and implement modern office tools and software to enhance productivity, improve processes, and effectively manage the flow of information.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in an executive or administrative support role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment.
Ability to adapt to new tools and software.
