We’re looking for an Appointment Setter to join our team and help fuel our growth by connecting with potential customers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for making outbound calls, responding to incoming texts, reaching out to survey leads, and following up to schedule meetings for our closers. If you enjoy talking to people, are highly organized, and have a passion for turning leads into opportunities, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities

Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to leads and prospects via phone to set appointments for our sales team.
Respond to Inbound Texts: Quickly engage with leads who text us, providing information and setting up calls.
Call Survey Leads: Follow up with leads who have shown interest through surveys or other forms of engagement.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with prospects, making sure they’re ready for the next steps with our closers.
Achieve Appointment Targets: Consistently meet or exceed your daily and monthly appointment-setting goals.
Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work closely with our closers to ensure a smooth hand-off of leads and improve our overall sales process.

Pay

On-Target Earnings: $5K to $10K per month

Draw/Guaranteed Minimum: You’ll never earn less than $4,000 a month
