Salary: Up to $95,000 + Overtime

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician for our client, a leader in automation and robotics, based in Illinois. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting robotic systems. You’ll work directly with customers to provide support, ensuring high levels of service and professionalism. The position includes travel across North America and offers flexible work-from-home options.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and maintain robotic systems (servo motors, power supplies, etc.).
Interpret electrical schematics and technical documents.
Provide on-site and remote customer support and training.
Perform troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
Frequent domestic and international travel (50-80%).

Qualifications:

3+ years of field service experience, with robotics, PLCs, and pneumatics.
Proficiency with Siemens S7 or TIA Portal.
Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot systems.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
