The successful candidate will play a key role in leading complex geotechnical engineering projects, providing technical guidance, and managing project teams. This role requires a deep understanding of soil mechanics, foundation design, slope stability, and geotechnical instrumentation.

Qualifications

We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to provide project management and technical assistance with geotechnical projects.
2+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a demonstrated track record of successful project management
Strong technical expertise in soil mechanics, foundation engineering, and slope stability.
Knowledge of relevant software and tools used in geotechnical engineering
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven project management skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in managing large and complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage geotechnical investigations and design projects from inception to completion.
Develop geotechnical designs, including foundations, retaining structures, slope stabilization, and ground improvement.
Perform advanced geotechnical analyses, including stability analysis, liquefaction analysis, and settlement calculations.
Prepare technical reports, proposals, and design documentation.
Conduct site inspections and assessments, and supervise field testing activities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural engineers, environmental scientists, and project managers.
Mentor and support junior staff, providing technical guidance and professional development.
Manage client relationships, attend project meetings, and present findings and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and applicable regulations.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required.

Education Requirements Credential Category

Professional Engineering (PE) license or eligibility for licensure is preferred but not mandatory.
