Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior CAD Engineer at MECHMAN Alternators in Knoxville, TN. The Senior CAD Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to computer-aided design (CAD) activities.

Qualifications

Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA) drawing and modeling
Experience in mechanical engineering and design
Strong knowledge of engineering principles and best practices
Ability to interpret technical drawings and requirements
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field - Past experience will be evaluated if no degree
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Automotive background a plus (ex. alternators, engine stands) and electrical knowledge a plus

Salary W2 $79,000 - $84,500 BOE
