Michelle Farmer is a luxury womenswear fashion company based in Palm Beach County. We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving clerk to join our logistics team. In this role you will be working closely with both our design team and Logistics department to make sure merchandise and fabrics are properly logged and carefully transferred between locations. This role requires you to be an organized team player who is dynamic, honest and detail oriented.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

Factory Duties:

Measure, ship, and receive fabric efficiently and accurately.
Tag new merchandise and log goods into system upon arrival to ensure proper inventory management.
Assist in keeping the factory organized and tidy.
Perform any necessary heavy lifting required for daily operations.
Create shipping labels for outgoing shipments.
Delivery goods and pick up between stores and factory.

Logistics Duties:

Receive new merchandise at the Palm Beach store and ensure all items are accurately tagged.
Ship new merchandise to instructed locations as needed.
Conduct weekly inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy.
Run packages to and from fedex and the post office as needed.
Deliver transfers to Mizner location (Boca Raton) at least once a week.
Assist with set up of new stores and special events

Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and effectively.
Must possess a reliable vehicle for daily transportation of merchandise from the factory to the Palm Beach store and Boca Raton locations.(Gas reimbursement will be provided)
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or inventory management setting is a plus but not required.
