JOB DESCRIPTION

Asset Manager to oversee all properties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute asset management strategies to maximize value
Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
Prepare annual income and expense budgets with tracking reports for capital and one-time expenses
Prepare annual leasing plans and periodic leasing reports
Focus on enhancing underperforming assets and work closely with Property Management to devise and carry-out property strategies
Ensure key metrics such as rent collection, occupancy rate, and operating budgets are met, aiming to maximize NOI
Evaluate requests for new leases, renewal leases, lease terminations and lease modifications
Review ongoing operations including maintenance and repairs and other improvements
Perform regular site visits to existing properties to assess operations and tenants
Liaise with other business units, finance, accounting, management and senior management

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree with focus in real estate, finance, accounting, or related major
6+ years of real estate related experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
