Key Responsibilities:

Lead Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and platform growth.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, public relations, and advertising.
OTT Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the OTT streaming industry to position our platform as a key player in the space, attracting both creators and viewers.
Brand Development: Elevate our brand by crafting creative campaigns and positioning the platform as the go-to destination for independent filmmakers.
Collaborate with Executives: Partner with the executive team to align marketing efforts with broader company goals and strategic initiatives.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring successful collaboration with both internal staff and external vendors.
Partnerships & Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, distributors, and other key stakeholders to increase visibility and engagement.
Market Research & Insights: Use industry trends and audience data to refine strategies and optimize marketing performance.
Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize campaign ROI.

Qualifications:

Proven OTT Experience: Strong background in marketing within the OTT streaming space is preferred.
Film/TV Marketing Expertise: At least 5+ years of experience in marketing within the film or TV industry, with a history of executing successful campaigns.
Campaign Success: Demonstrated success in running high-impact marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a team while managing vendor relationships to achieve marketing goals.
Creative & Strategic: A forward-thinker who can adapt to the rapidly changing media landscape and bring innovative ideas to the table.
