Legal Intake Manager

We are hiring on behalf of our law firm client for an experienced and results-driven Legal Intake Manager. This role involves overseeing the entire intake process for legal cases, ensuring smooth case management, and delivering exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, leadership experience, and a proven ability to manage intake operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the intake process and manage the full lifecycle of legal cases.
Set up and maintain phone platforms, including ring groups, call forwarding, reporting, and optimal coverage.
Implement and manage auto-dialer systems for missed calls, follow-up calls, and form fills.
Conduct quality assurance reviews, including listening to and evaluating calls.
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, focusing on upselling, confidence building, and closing techniques.
Ensure adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) and track team performance.
Manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Lead Docket.
Coordinate with offshore teams and maintain high operational standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Intake Specialist or in a similar role.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to train and mentor junior team members.
Strong knowledge of personal injury law and legal procedures.
Experience with medical records and legal documentation.
Knowledge of phone systems and related tools, including reporting and call management.
Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Lead Docket.
Experience managing to KPIs and ensuring operational efficiency.
Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required.
